The NJU7307 is designed as electrical varible resistor (EVR) incorporated 11-band each for left and right channels, especially apply to the stereo type graphic equalizer. It consists of input controller, channel / band / level selector, 22 latches and resistor network blocks of 11 bands each for left and right channels.
NJU7307 has nine features. (1) 11 bands each for left and right channels. (2) Stereo application graphic equalizer, each channel independent operation. (3) Macimum boost and cut +/-18dB. (4) Boost and cut step +/-3dB. (5) Its 10bit serial data for the equalizing. (6) Flat level setting function. (7) Operating voltage is from 15V to 30V. (8) Package outline is SDIP 42 / SOP 40. (9) Nine technology. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points of NJU7307 as follow. (1) Its supply voltage is 34V for Vdd - Vee and it would be from Vss to Vss+7V for Vcc. (2) Its input voltage is from Vss-0.3V to Vcc+0.3V (DI, CLK, CS) and Vee-0.3V to Vdd+0.3V (In1l to In2l, In1r to In2r). (3) Its power dissipation is 250mW for SDIP and SOP. (4) Its operating temperature range is from -30°C to +80°C. (5) Its storage temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C.
Also some electrical characteristics about NJU7307. (1) Its operating voltage is min 15V and typ 20V and max 30V for Vdd-Vee and would be min 4.5v and typ 5.0V and max 5.5V for Vcc.
