Description

The NJM2800 is a low dropout voltage regulator with reset function.

NJM2800F provides up to 150mA of logic supply, and the reset function monitors either input or output voltage of the regulator with 2% accuracy.

NJM2800F is suitable for local power supply and reset for small micro controller and other logic chips.
