NJM2369

The NJM2369 is designed as a high speed switching regulator control IC which can operate at low voltage. It uses a totempole output circuit, so that NJM2369 can drive an external power MOSFET directly. It is suitable for applications of flyback type switching regulation of up to 10W.

NJM2369 has six features. (1) Its operating voltage is from 3.6V to 32V. (2) Its wide oscillator range is from 5 to 350kHz. (3) Its soft-start function. (4) Under voltage lockouts. (5) Bipolar technology. (6) Package outline DIP8, DMP8, EMP8, SSOP8. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of NJM2369 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its input voltage is 36V. (2) Its reference output current is 10mA. (3) Its power dissipation is 700mW for DIP8 and 300mW for DMP8 and 300mW for EMP8 and 250mW for SSOP8. (4) Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C. (5) Its storage temperature ange is from -50°C to +125°C.
