NJM2360A

The NJM2360A is designed as a control circuit containing the promary functions required for DC to DC convertor. NJM2360A consists of high precision reference, comparator controlled duty cycle oscillator with an active current limit circuit, driver and high current output switch.

NJM2360A has eight features. (1) Its operating voltage is from 2.5V to 40V. (2) Precision +/-2% reference. (3) Low standby current. (4) Output voltage 1.25V to 40V. (5) Oscillator frequency 100Hz to 100kHz. (6) Output switch current to 1.5A. (7) Package outline DIP8, DMP8. (8) Bipolar technology. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of NJM2360A have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its supply voltage is 40V. (2) Its comparator input voltage range is from -0.3V to 40V. (3) Its power dissipation is 875mW for DIP8 and 750mW for DMP8. (4) Its switch current is 1.5A. (5) Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C. (6) Its storage temperature range is from -40°C to +150°C.
