NJM2224M

The NJM2224M is designed as a video noise reducer IC of which operation is to reduce noise contained in video color and luminance signal, and at the same time to correct outline of horizontal and vertical image signal. NJM2224M is suited for VCR camera especially.

NJM2224M has three features. (1)Its operating voltage would be from +4.75V to +5.25V. (2)Package outline is DMP8. (3)Bipolar technology. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of NJM2224M have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 8V. (2)Its power dissipation would be 300mW. (3)Its operating temperature range would be from -20°C to +75°C. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to +125°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of NJM2224M are concluded as follow. (1)Its operating current would be typ 6.9mA and max 10mA. (2)Its voltage gain (pin8-pin2) would be min -1dB and max +1dB at V7=4V, Vin=100mVp-p and it would be min -11.5dB and typ -10dB and max -8.5dB at V7=0V, Vin=100mVp-p. (3)Its voltage gain (pin1-pin2) would be typ -45dB and max -38dB at V7=4V, Vin=100mVp-p and it would be min -4.2dB and typ -3.2dB and max -2.2dB at V7=0V, Vin=100mVp-p. (4)Its voltage gain (pin8-pin6) would be max -20dB at V7=4V, Vin=20mVp-p and it would be min -5dB and typ -3dB and max -1dB at V7=4V, Vin=300mVp-p. (5)Its bandwidth (pin8-pin2) would be min 10MHz with conditions of V7=4V, Vin=100mVp-p. (6)Its bandwidth (pin1-pin2) would be min 10MHz with conditions of V7=0, Vin=100mVp-p. (7)Its bandwidth (pin8-pin6) would be min 8MHz with conditions of V7=4V, Vin=100mVp-p. (8)Its pin6 DC voltage would be typ 1.3V. And so on.
