Description

The NJM2223M is designed as a integrated bipolar video switch with 8dB amplifier which selects one signal from three different composit video signals. NJM2223M has also function of superimposer and synchronous signal clipping and is suit to picture in picture configuration.

NJM2223M has eight features. (1)12V operation. (2)3 input video signal. (3)2 output video signal. (4)Switch operates with CMOS level. (5)Super imposer function. (6)Internal 8dB amp. (7)Package outline is DMP16. (8)Bipolar technology. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of NJM2223M have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 8V. (2)Its power dissipation would be 300mW.
