The NJG1302 is designed as GaAs MMIC mainly for driver amplifier of PHS base station in Japan. This is a variable gain type with 20dB dynamic range. NJG1302 has nine features. (1)Variable gain under distortion. (2)Low voltage operation (Vdd=3.0V). (3)Input and output internal matching circuits. (4)High gain (32dB typ). (5)Low distortion (Pacp=-60dBc typ at 1.9GHz, 21dBm.). (6)Low current consumption (Idd=195mA typ at 1.9GHz, 21dBm). (7)Reduction of parasitic oscillation. (8)V type: SSOP14 and maximum power dissipation is 600mW. (9)E type: EMP14 and maximum power dissipation is 1000mW. Those are all the main features.
