The NH82801FB is designed as one member of the intel I/O controller hub 6 (ICH6) family. It is ICH6 (ICH6).

Some absolute maximum ratings of NH82801FB have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its voltage on any 3.3V pin with respect to ground would be from -0.5 to Vcc3_3+0.5V. (2) Its voltage on any 5V tolerant pin with respect to ground (V5REF = 5V) would be from -0.5V to V5REF+0.5V. (3) Its 1.5V supply voltage with respect to Vss would be from -0.5 to 2.1V. (4) Its 3.3V supply voltage with respect to Vss would be from -0.5V to 4.6V. (5) Its 5.0V supply voltage with respect to Vss would be from -0.5V to 5.5V.
