The NGA-689 is a high performance InGaP/GaAs heterojunction bipolar transistor MMIC amplifier.A darlington configuration designed with InGaP process technology provides broadband performance up to 5GHz with excellent thermal performance.The heterojunction of NGA-689 increases breakdown voltage and minimizes leakage current between junctions.

Features of the NGA-689 are:(1)11.7dB Gain,18.9 dBm P1dB at 1950Mhz; (2)cascadable 50 Ohm:1.4:1 VSWR (3)patented GaAs HBT technology; (4)operates from single supply; (5)low thermal resistance package;(6)unconditionally stable.

The absolute maximum ratings of the NGA-689 can be summarized as:(1)supply current:120mA; (2)device voltage:6.7V; (3)operating temperature:-40 to 85; (4)maximum input power:13dBm; (5)storage temperature range:-40 to 150; (6)operating junction temperature:150.
