NCV4276

The NCV4276 is a 400 mA output current integrated low dropout regulator family designed for use in harsh automotive environments. The features of NCV4276 are as follows: (1)2.5 V and 1.8 V ?% Output Voltage; (2)3.3 V, 5.0 V, and Adjustable Voltage Version (from 2.5 V to 20 V) ±4% or ±2% Output Voltage; (3)400 mA Output Current; (4)500 mV (max) Dropout Voltage (5.0 V Output).
