The NCP1403 is a monolithic PFM step-up DC-DC converter. This device is designed to boost a single Lithium or two cell AA/AAA battery voltage up to 15 V (with internal MOSFET) output for handheld applications. A pull-up Chip Enable feature is built with this device to extend battery-operating life. Besides, the device can also be incorporated in step-down, and voltage-inverting configurations. This NCP1403 is available in space-saving TSOP-5 package.
