The NC7WB3125L8X is one member of the NC7WB3125 series. The NC7WB3125L8X is a 2-bit ultra high-speed CMOS FET bus switch with TTL-compatible active LOW control inputs. The low On Resistance of the switch allows inputs to be connected to outputs with minimal propagation delay and without generating additional ground bounce noise. The NC7WB3125L8X is organized as a 2-bit switch with independent bus enable (OE) controls. When OE is LOW, the switch is ON and Port A is connected to Port B. When OE is HIGH, the switch is OPEN and a high-impedance state exists between the two ports. Control inputs tolerate voltages up to 5.5V independent of VCC.
Features of the NC7WB3125L8X are:(1)space saving US8 surface mount package; (2)MicroPak leadless package; (3)typical 3 switch resistance at 5.0V VCC; (4)minimal propagation delay through the switch; (5)power down high impedance input/output; (6)zero bounce in flow through mode; (7)TTL compatible active LOW control inputs; (8)control inputs are overvoltage tolerant; (9)bus switch replacement for logic x125 part.
The absolute maximum ratings of the NC7WB3125L8X can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.5V to +7.0V;(2)storage temperature range:-65 to +150;(3)operating temperature:-40 to +85;(4)DC switch voltage:-0.5V to +7.0V;(5)power dissipation:250mW.The "Absolute Maximum Ratings" are those values beyond which the safety of the device cannot be guaranteed. The device should not be operated at these limits. The parametric values defined in the Electrical Characteristics tables are not guaranteed at the absolute maximum ratings. The "Recommended Operating Conditions" table will define the conditions for actual device operation.Life support devices or systems are devices or systems which, (a) are intended for surgical implant into the body, or (b) support or sustain life, and (c) whose failure to perform when properly used in accordance with instructions for use provided in the labeling, can be reasonably expected to result in a significant injury to the user.
