The MUR2020CTPbF is designed as one kind of ultrafast rectifiers with 2x10A FRED Pt. It is the state of the art ultrafast recovery rectifiers specifically designed with optimized performance of forward voltage drop and ultrafast recovery time. The planar structure and the platinum doped life time control, guarantee the best overall performance, ruggedness and reliability characteristics.
MUR2020CTPbF has six features. (1)Ultrafast recovery time. (2)Low forward voltage drop. (3)Low leakage current. (4)175°C operating junction temperature. (5)Compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC. (6)Designed and qualified for industrial level. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of MUR2020CTPbF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its peak repetitive reverse voltage would be 200V. (2)Its average rectified forward current would be 10A per leg and would be 20A total device. (3)Its non-repetitive peak surge current per leg would be 100A. (4)Its peak repetitive forward current per leg would be 20A. (5)Its operating junction and storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics about aMUR2020CTPbF re concluded as follow. (1)Its breakdown voltage, blocking voltage would be min 200V. (2)Its forward voltage would be max 0.85V at If=8A, Tj=125°C and would be max 1.15V at If=16A and would be 1.05V at If=16A, Tj=125°C.
