The MUR1620CTPbF is designed as one kind of ultrafast rectifiers with 2x8A FRED Pt. It is the state of the art ultrafast recovery rectifiers specifically designed with optimized performance of forward voltage drop and ultrafast recovery time. The planar structure and the platinum doped life time control, guarantee the best overall performance, ruggedness and reliability characteristics.
MUR1620CTPbF has five features. (1)Ultrafast recovery time. (2)Low forward voltage drop. (3)Low leakage current. (4)175°C operating junction temperature. (5)Lead (Pb)-free ("PbF" suffix). (6)Designed and qualified for industrial level. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of MUR1620CTPbF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its peak repetitive reverse voltage would be 200V. (2)Its average rectified forward current would be 8.0A per leg and would be 16A total device. (3)Its non-repetitive peak surge current per leg would be 100A. (4)Its peak repetitive forward current per leg would be 16A. (5)Its operating junction and storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
