MT series

      MT series crystals are ultra-miniature AT-cut crystals covering the frequency range 12MHz to 60MHz in fundamental mode and up to 150MHz in 3rd overtone mode.Its ultra-small package is:3.2mm x 2.5mm x 0.6mm,Packaged in standard EIA tape and reel.The small size and low mass makes these crystals MT series ideal for miniaturized hand-held equipment and similar high-density applications such as PDAs, hand-held GPS, PCMCIA etc.
      The following is about  general specification of MT series.The frequency range should be from 12.0MHz to 60.0MHz in AT-Cut fundamental mode and 60.0MHz to 150MHz in AT-Cut 3rd overtone mode.Calibration Tolerance at 25ºC(Tighter stability, tolerance and lower ESR values are available.)should respectively be ±10ppm, ±20ppm and±30ppm.Frequency stability(Tighter stability, tolerance and lower ESR values are available.)should be from ±5ppm when the temperature at -10° to +60°C,from ±10ppm when the temperature at -20° to +70°C and from ±10ppm when the temperature at -30° to +85°C.Storage Temperature should be from -40°~+85°C.Shunt Capacitance (C0) is from 2pF to 4pF typical and 5pF maximum.Load Capacitance (CL) is Series or from 10pF to 32pF(12pF standard).Ageing would be less than ±3ppm per year at +25°C.Drive level is 100 microW maximum.Reflow Soldering is 10s maximum at 260°C twice or 180s at 230°C once.Packaging uses 16mm EIA tape and reel.
