Following this command sequence, the normal command sequence options are available as described in Section 4.2 and onwards. The function of this sequence is to properly initialize the synthesis engine by speaking a short selection of LPC prior to speaking selections using other synthesis algorithms. This initialization needs to be performed:
1. After you apply power to the device, or
2. When you reset the part by toggling the INIT pin.
