The MSM66207 is a high performance microcontroller that employs OKI original nX-8/200 CPU core. This chip includes a 16-bit CPU, ROM, RAM, I/O ports, multifunction 16-bit timers, 10-bit A/D converter, serial I/O port, and pulse width modulator (PWM). The MSM66207 is the OTP (One-Time Programmable) version of the MSM66201/66207.
