Some absolute maximum ratings of MSC32D at Ta=25°C unless otherwise specified have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its power dissipation at Ta=25°C would be 45mW. (2) Its forward current DC would be 15mA. (3) Its reverse voltage would be 5V. (4) Its operating & storage temperature range would be from -55°C to +100°C. (5) Its lead soldering temperature (1/16' from body) would be 260°C for 5 sec. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
