The MSC23837D-xxBS18/DS18 is a fully decoded, 8,388,608-word x 36-bit CMOS dynamic random access memory module composed of eighteen 16Mb DRAMs (4Mx4) in SOJ packages mounted with eighteen decoupling capacitors on a 72-pin glass epoxy single in-line package. This module MSC23837D-xxBS18 supports any application where high density and large capacity of storage memory are required.
