The MSC23437D-xxBS9/DS9 is a fully decoded, 4,194,304-word x 36-bit CMOS dynamic random access memory module composed of nine 16Mb DRAMs (4Mx4) in SOJ packages mounted with nine decoupling capacitors on a 72-pin glass epoxy single in-line package. This module MSC23437D-xxDS9 supports any application where high density and large capacity of storage memory are required.
