The Oki MSC2323258A-xxDS4 is a fully decoded 2,097,152-word ¥ 32-bit CMOS dynamic random access memory composed of two 16-Mb (1M ¥ 16) DRAMs in SOJ. The mounting of two DRAMs together with decoupling capacitors on a 72-pin glass epoxy SIMM Package supports any application where high density and large capacity of storage memory are required.
