MRFIC0915

The MRFIC0915 is a costeffective, high isolation cascode silicon monolithic amplifier in the industry standard SOT143 surface mount package designed for general purpose RF applications.  The device is a lower current version of the MRFIC0916 and is appropriate for VCOs, VCO buffers and amplifiers.
