Description

The MRF240A is a kind of NPN silicon RF power transistor. It is designed for class C amplifier applications in VHF mobile radios.

There are some features of MRF240A as follows: (1)PG=9.0 dB min. at 40 W /160 MHz; (2)c=55% min. at 40 W /160 MHz; (3)Omnigold metalization system.
