MPXM2O53GS

The MPXM2O53GS is designed as one kind of silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)respiratory diagnostics; (2)air movement control; (3)controllers; (4)pressure switching. MPXM2O53GS is a single, monolithic silicon diaphragm with the strain gauge and a thinfilm resistor network integrated onchip, and the chip is laser trimmed for precise span and offset calibration and temperature compensation.
