MP1541DJ-LF-Z

The MP1541DJ-LF-Z is designed as the evaluation board for TFT applications such as (1)handheld computers and PDAs; (2)digital still and video cameras; (3)small LCD displays. This device is a 5-pin thin SOT23 current mode step up converter intended for small, low power applications and provides VOUT from the boost output and also derives VP (positive) and VN (negative) from the charge pumps off of the boost switching node.

Features of the MP1541DJ-LF-Z are:(1)3V to 3.6V operating input range; (2)uses tiny capacitors and inductors; (3)1.3 MHz fixed switching frequency; (4)internally compensated; (5)internal soft start; (6)3 outputs in a single package: boost converter for 5V, charge pump for 15 V, and negative charge pump for -10 V; (7)UVLO, thermal shutdown; (8)internal current limit; (9)available in a TSOT23-5 package.
