Description

The MOC301XM and MOC302XM series are optically isolated triac driver devices. These devices contain a GaAs infrared emitting diode and a light activated silicon bilateral switch, which functions like a triac. They are designed for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads for 115 VACoperations. The MOC3012M is designed as one kind of 6-pin DIP random-phase optoisolators triac driver output device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Industrial controls; (2)Solenoid/valve controls; (3)Traffic lights; (4)Static AC power switch; (5)Vending machines; (6)Incandescent lamp dimmers; (7)Solid state relay; (8)Motor control; (9)Lamp ballasts. And this device is designed for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads for 115 VAC operations.
