There are some electrical characteristics about MNLF441M-XREV0BL.DC parameters(The following conditions apply to all the following parameters, unless otherwise specified,Rs = 50 Ohms, Vcc = +15V, Vcm = 0V):(1): input offset voltage(Vio) is -5 mV min and 5 mV max(sub-group 1) or is -7.5 mV min and 7.5 mV max(sub-group 2,3); (2): input offset current(Iio) is -0.05 nA min and 0.05 nA max(sub-group 1) or is -10 nA min and 10 nA max(sub-group 2);  (3): input bias current(Iib+) is -0.1 nA min and 0.1 nA max(sub-group 1) or is -20 nA min and 20 nA max (sub-gorup 2); (4): supply voltage rejection ratio(+PSRR) is 70 dB min (sub-group 1,2,3) when +Vs is 6 V and -Vs is -15 V; (5): common mode rejection ratio(CMRR) is 70 dB min(sub-group 1,2,3) when Vcm is ±9 V and Rs is not bigger than 10 k ohms; (6): output short circuit current(+Ios) is -20 mA min and -3 mA max(sub-group1) when +Vin is 11 V , -Vin is -11 V and Rs is 10 k ohms or is -40 mA min and -3 mA max(sub-group 2,3) when +Vin is 11 V , -Vin is -11 V and Rs is 10 k ohms.
