      The following is general specification of MMR series.Operating Temperature Range should be from -40°C to +105°C. Capacitance Tolerance should be within±10% at 1kHz and 20°C.For Rated Voltage, VDC is 100V corresponding to VAC is 63V. VDC is 250V corresponding to VAC is150V. VDC is 400V corresponding to VAC is 200V. VDC is 630V corresponding to VAC is 220V. when T> +85°C the applied voltage must be decreased by 1.25% per °C. Dissipation Factor(max) at 20°C would be 1.0% when Freq is 1 kHz. Dissipation Factor(max) at 20°C would be 1.5% when Freq is 10 kHz.Insulation Resistance@20°C(<70% RH) for 1 minute at 100VDC would be 9,000 M when Capacitance0.33 F. Insulation Resistance@20°C(<70% RH) for 1 minute at 100VDC would be 3,000 M x F when Capacitance >0.33 F.
      The following is about Load Life Test.Under the condition of 2,000 hours at 125% of rated VDC and at 85°C, Capacitance Change 5% change from initial value, Dissipation Factor0.005 at 1kHz and 25°C, Insulation Resistance50%of mimimum specification.
      This is Damp Heat Test of MMR series.Under the contion of 1000 hours at +40°C±2°C with 93% ±2%relative humidity, Capacitance Change5% change from initial value, Dissipation Factor 0.005 at 1kHz and 25°C, Insulation Resistance 50%of minimum specification. Self-inductance would be less than or Equal to 1 nH/mm along the capacitor pitch and lead wire length. Dielectric Strength would be 160% of rated WVDC for 2 seconds at 20°C between the leads. Capacitance Drift Factor would be less than or Equal to 1.0% up to 40°C after 2 years. Temperature Coefficient is +400 ppm/°C and ± 200ppm/°C. Dielectric is made of Polyester. Electrodes were made Vacuum deposition of metal layers. Construction is Extended metallized carrier film. Leads are made of Tinned copper wire. Coating is made of flame retardant epoxy sealed resin. (UL 94V-O).
