The MM54HCT112 is designed as dual J-K flip-flop with preset and clear. this flip-flop utilize advanced silicon gate CMOS technology. It has input threshold and output drive similar to LS-TTL with the low standby power of CMOS.

MM54HCT112 has three features. (1)Typical propagation delay would be 20ns. (2)Low quiescent current would be 80uA maximum. (3)Fanout of 10 LS-TTL loads. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings about MM54HCT112 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage Vcc would be from -0.5V to 7V. (2)Its DC input voltage would be from -1.5V to Vcc+1.5V. (3)Its DC output voltage would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. (4)Its clamp diode current would be +/-20mA. (5)Its DC output current per pin would be +/-25mA. (6)Its DC Vcc or GND current per pin would be +/-50mA. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (8)Its power dissipation would be 600mW and it would be 500mW fr SO package only. (9)Its lead temperature soldering 10 seconds would be 260°C.
