These small surface mount TVS devices MLL1.4KESD170CA feature the ability to clampdangerous high voltage short-term transients such as produced by directedor radiated electrostatic discharge phenomena before entering sensitivecomponent regions of a circuit design. MLL1.4KESD170CAare small economical transientvoltage suppressors targeted primarily for short-term transients below a fewmicroseconds while still achieving significant peak-pulse-power capabilityas illustrated in Figure #1.
