The following is about the maximum ratings of MIG20J106L(Tj=25): first is about the inverter part: (1)supply voltage, VCC: 450 V when P-N; (2)collector emitter voltage, VCES: 600 V; (3)collector current (DC), ±IC: 20 A at Tc=25; (4)collector current (peak), ±ICP: 40 A at Tc=25; (5)collector power dissipation, PC: 50 W at Tc=25; (6)junction temperature, Tj: 150; then is about the control part: (1)supply voltage, VD: 20 V; (2)input current, IIN: 30 mA; (3)fault output voltage, VFO: 20 V; (4)fault output current, IFO: 10 mA; the last one is about all system: (1)operating temperature, TC: -20 to +90; (2)storage temperature range, Tstg: -40 to +125; (3)isolation voltage, VISO: 2500 Vrms.
