MIC6315-26D3U

The MIC6315-26D3U is one member of the MIC6315 family which designed as the inexpensive reset generator circuit that can be used in (1)portable equip-ment; (2)intelligent instruments; (3)critical microprocessor power monitoring; (4)printers/computers; (5)embedded controllers. It is also relatively immune to negative-going VCC glitches below the reset threshold and as Vcc drops to 0 V, the MIC6315-26D3U will no longer be able to pull the /RESET output low.
