Description

The MIC2589R-2BM is designed as one kind of single-channel, negativevoltage hot swap controller that can be used in (1)Central office switching; (2)-48V power distribution; (3)Distributed power systems. And this device is available in 14-pin SOIC packaging and work in conjunction with an external N-Channel MOSFET for which the gate drive is controlled to provide inrush current limiting and output voltage slew-rate control.
