The MHW8205L is designed for CATV systems operating in the 40 to 870 MHz frequency range;output stage amplifier in optical nodes, line extenders and trunk distribution amplifiers for CATV systems;driver amplifier in linear general purpose applications;amplifiers requiring lower power dissipation while maintaining excellent output performance.

The MHW8205L has the following features include:(1)specified for 77-, 110- and 128-channel loading;(2)lower DC current requirements;(3)excellent distortion performance;(4)excellent DC current stability over temperature;(5)silicon bipolar transistor technology;(6)unconditionally stable under all load conditions.Motorola reserves the right to make changes without further notice to any products herein.
