And secondly, viewing direction is 6 o'clock. Thirdly, Driving scheme: 1/64 multiplexed drive, 1/9.3 bias. Fourthly, 'Toshiba' T6963C flat pack or equivalent dot matrix LCD controller. Fifthly, 'Toshiba' T6A39 flat pack or equivalent dot matrix liquid crystal graphic display column drivers. And the sixth is 'Toshiba' T6A40 flat pack or equivalent dot matrix liquid crystal graphic display row driver. The seventh is 8K byte display SRAM. The eighth is Enhancement film TDF '3M'. The last is FPC Connection.
      And this is the Electrical Maximum Ratings of MGLS12864T-65 for IC Only: Firstly,Supply voltage (Logic & LCD) is between -0.3 and +7.0 V. Supply voltage (LCD drive) (Built-in) is between -0.3 and +30.0 V. and the Input voltage is between -0.3 and VDD+0.3. And secondly, there are also some notes, which are: The modules may be destroyed if they are used beyond the absolute maximum ratings. All voltage values are referenced to VSS = 0V.
