ME331B DC / DC chip is manufactured with CMOS technologym it is the  low  VFM quiescent current switching DC / DC boost converter. The ME331B chip consists of an oscillator, VFM control circuit, LX switch driver transistor, voltage reference unit, the error amplifier comparing the voltage sampling resistor, LX switch protection circuit components.
