MD71XX series is used for positive voltage stabilizing circuit  with low differential pressure, high precision output voltage, ultra low power current, which is mainly developed by using the CMOS technology. It's in-out output differential pressure is low since it has built-in low-pass resistance transistor. This MD71XX series circuit is suitable for application circuit with high pressureproof as it is able to withstand high input voltage and has a maximum operating voltage of 15V.
