Description

The MCP619 quad operational amplifier (op amp) has a gain bandwidth product of 190 kHz with a low typical operating current of 19 A and an offset voltage that is less than 150 V. The MCP619 uses Microchip's advanced CMOS technology, which provides low bias current, high-speed operation, high open-loop gain, and rail-to-rail output swing. The MCP619 operates with a single supply voltage that can be as low as 2.3 V, while drawing less than 25 A of quiescent current per amplifier. The MCP619 is available in standard 14-lead PDIP, SOIC, and TSSOP packages. This amplifier is ideal for battery and loop-powered applications as well as industrial processcontrol, low-power battery-operated devices, portable equipment, data acquisition equipment, test equipment, and low-end audio applications

The MCP616/7/8/9 family of operational amplifiers (op amps) from Microchip Technology Inc. are capable of precision, low-power, single-supply operation. These op amps are unity-gain stable, have low input offset voltage (±150V, max.), rail-to-rail output swing a low input offset current (0.3nA, typ.). These features make this family of op amps well suited for battery- powered applications.

The single MCP616, the single MCP618 withChipSelect (CS) and the dual MCP617 are all available in standard 8-lead PDIP, SOIC and MSOP packages. The quad MCP619 is offered in standard 14-lead PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages. All devices are fully specified from -40!aC to +85!aC, with power suppli from 2.3V to 5.5V.
