And MC79076DW incorporates FlipChip Technology which involves the formation of solder bumps, rather than traditional wire bonds, to establish mechanical and electrical contact to the semiconductor chip.

Features of the MC79076DW are:(1)Solder Bumped for Flip-chip Assembly; (2)Ignition Coil Voltage Internally Limited to 375 V; (3)Coil Current Limiting to 7.5 A; (4)Output On-time (Dwell) Control; (5)Dwell Feedback Control to Sense Coil Variation; (6)Hall Sensor Input; (7)-30 </= TA </= +140 Ambient Operating Temperature.
