MC7808

The MC7808 is one member of the MC78XX series whcih designed as one kind of three terminal positive regulators that can be used in the TO-220/D-PAK package and with several fixed output voltages, making MC7808 useful in a wide range of applications. Each type employs internal current limiting, thermal shut down and safe operating area protection, making it essentially indestructible.
