1. Voltages referenced to VSS
NOTE: This device contains circuitry to protect the inputs against damage due to high static voltages or electric fields; however, it is advised that normal precautions be taken to avoid application of any voltage higher than maximum-rated voltages to this high-impedance circuit. For proper operation, it is recommended that VIn and VOutbe onstrained to the range VSS (VIn or VOut) VDD. Reliability of operation is enhanced if unused inputs are connected to an appropriate logic voltage level (for example, either VSS or VDD).
The MC68HC908GZ60, MC68HC908GZ48, and MC68HC908GZ32 are members of the low-cost, high-performance M68HC08 Family of 8-bit microcontroller units (MCUs). All MCUs MC68HC908GZ32 in the family use the enhanced M68HC08 central processor unit (CPU08) and are available with a variety of modules, memory sizes and types, and package types.
