MC4510

The MC4510 is a double balanced mixer,designed for use in military,commercial and test equipment applications.The designutilizes schottky ring quad diodes and broadband soft dielectric and ferrite baluns to attain excellent performance.MC4510 can also be used as a phase detector and/or bi-phase modulator since the IF port is DC coupled to the diodes.The use of high temperature solder and welded assembly processes used internally makes it ideal for use in manual,semi-automated assembly.Environmrntal screening available to MIL-STD-883,MIL-STD-202,or MIL-DTL-28837,consult factory.

The MC4510 has 4 features.The first one is LO & PF:4.0 to 20.0 GHz.The second one is IF:DC to 4.0 GHz.The third one is LO drive:+10 dBm(nominal).The fourth one is microstrip interface.The MC4510 has absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is operating temperature,the absolute maximum is -40 to +85.When parameter is storage temperature,the absolute maximum is -65 to +100.When parameter is peak input power,the absolute maximum is +20 dBm max @ +25.When parameter is peak input power,the absolute maximum is +17 dBm max @ +85.When parameter is peak input current,the absolute maximum is 50 mA DC.
