DescriptionThe MC34151DR2 is one member of the MC34151 family which is designed as the dual inverting high speed driver that is specifically designed for applicat-ions that require low current digital circuitry to drive large capacitive loads with high slew rates. And also MC34151DR2 can be used in switching power supplies, dc to dc converters, capacitor charge pump voltage doublers/inverters, and motor controllers.
