The MC34117 is designed as one kind of telephone tone ringer that has seven points of feature. Features of the MC34117 are:(1)complete telephone bell replacement circuit with minimum external components;(2)direct drive for piezoelectric transducers;(3)push pull output stage for greater output power capability;(4)tone output frequency adjustable, 6Hz to 25Hz;(5)input impedance signature meets bell and EIA standards;(6)reject rotary dial transients.
