MC34012-1

The MC34012-1 is one member of the MC34012 family which is designed as the dual inverting high speed driver that is specifically designed for applications that require low current digital circuitry to drive large capacitive loads with high slew rates. And also MC34012-1 can be used in switching power supplies, dc to dc converters, capacitor charge pump voltage doublers/inverters, and motor controllers.
