The MC1747CP2 is designed as internally compensated high performance operational amplifier. It is for use as summing amplifiers, integrators, or amplifiers with operating characteristics as a function of the external feedback components. MC1747CP2 is functionally and electrlcally equivalent to the uA747C respectively.
MC1747CP2 has six features. (1)No frequency compensation required. (2)Short circuit protection. (3)Wide common mode and differential voltage ranges. (4)Low power consumption. (5)No latch up. (6)Offset voltage null capability. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of MC1747CP2 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply voltages would be +18V for Vcc and would be -18V for Vee. (2)Its differential input signal voltages would be +/-30V. (3)Ots common mode input swing voltage would be +/-15V. (4)Its output short circuit duration would be continuous. (5)Its voltage measurement between offset null and Vee would be +/-0.5V. (6)Its operating ambient temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (8)Its junction temperature range would be 150°C for ceramic package and would be 150°C for plastic package. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
