(3)Its switching times propagation delay B inputs t++, t-+ would be max 2.5ns. (4)Its switching times propagation delay B inputs t+-, t-- would be max 2.5ns. (5)Its rise time (10% to 90%) would be max 2.7ns. (6)Its fall time (10% to 90%) would be max 2.4ns.

Also at 25°C some electrical characteristics of MC1674 are concluded as follow. (1)Its power supply drain current would be max 55 mAdc. (2)Its input current A inputs would be max 350 uAdc.
