The MC14536B programmable timer is a 24stage binary ripple counterwith 16 stages selectable by a binary code. Provisions for an onchip RCoscillator or an external clock are provided. An onchip monostable circuitincorporating a pulsetype output of MC14536B has been included. By selecting theappropriate counter stage in conjunction with the appropriate input clockfrequency, a variety of timing can be achieved.
