MC14528BCL

The MC14528BCL is one member of the MC14528 family which is designed as the dual, retriggerable, resettable monostable multivibrator that may be triggered from either edge of an input pulse, and produces an output pulse over a wide range of widths, the duration of which is determined by the external timing components, CX and RX. Features of the MC14528BCL are:(1)Separate Reset Available; (2)Diode Protection on All Inputs; (3)Triggerable from Leading or Trailing Edge Pulse; (4)Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc; (5)Capable of Driving Two Low-power TTL Loads or One Low ower Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range; (6)Pin-for-pin Replacement with the MC14538B.
