MC14515BCL

The MC14515BCL is one member of the MC14515 family which is designed as the two output options of a 4 to 16 line decoder. This kind of decoder is constructed with Nchannel and Pchannel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. And the features of MC14515BCL are: (1)supply voltage range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc; (2)capable of driving two low - power TTL loads or one low - power schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range.
